Your Appointment
Whether it's your first time seeing me or we've worked together before, you can find everything you need to know about booking an appointment here.
Initial consultation
60 minutes — $195
If you're seeing me for the first time, this is the appointment to choose.
We'll take the time to talk through what's going on, examine what's relevant, begin treatment where appropriate and work out a plan for moving forward.
Standard consultation
30 minutes — $160
For returning patients, whether we're continuing with an existing problem or looking at something new.
If you've seen me at another clinic before, you're welcome to book a standard consultation. I'll just ask you to complete a new patient form beforehand.
Can't find a suitable time?
Expanded hours are coming in late 2026.
Leave your email below and I'll let you know when more appointments become available.
Payment & Rebates
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for a rebate or have your treatment covered through one of the arrangements below.
-
If your private health insurance includes osteopathy under your extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate.
The amount you can claim depends on your fund and level of cover. It's worth checking with your insurer if you're unsure.
-
Some patients may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for osteopathy through a GP-arranged chronic condition management plan.
Eligibility and the number of subsidised appointments are determined through your GP. Medicare rebates generally don't cover the full consultation cost, so a gap payment may apply.
If you've been referred under one of these arrangements, please let me know when booking.
-
Eligible DVA cardholders may be able to access osteopathic treatment under DVA arrangements, subject to the relevant referral and treatment requirements.
If you're planning to attend under DVA, please get in touch before booking so we can confirm your eligibility and the arrangements for your care.
-
If you're receiving treatment for a work-related injury, osteopathy may be covered under an accepted WorkCover Queensland claim.
Please let me know if your appointment relates to a workers' compensation claim so we can confirm the necessary details and approval arrangements before treatment.
Before your appointment
What should I wear?
Something comfortable that you can move around in. I may need to examine how you move as part of your assessment.
Do I need a referral?
You don't need a referral to book a private osteopathy appointment. Some funded treatment arrangements, including Medicare and DVA, have additional requirements.
Should I bring anything?
If you have relevant scans, reports, referrals or other information about your problem, feel free to bring them along.
If it's your first appointment, you'll also receive a health history form to complete beforehand.
Finding the clinic
Where
Shop 302/15 Wharf Street, Hamilton, QLD 4007
I am on the ground floor, inside the Nurturing Souls clinic.
Parking
Free 2 hour parking is available at Portside. The parking is underground and there are generally plenty of spots. There is an elevator for accessibility and from street level it's a short walk to the clinic.
If mobility is a concern, there is limited parking directly in front of the building but depending on time of day it may be full.
If you are being dropped off by uber/taxi, they can bring you right to the front door - just put the address as 15 Wharf Street, Hamilton.
Still have a question?
If you're unsure which appointment to book, or whether osteopathy is appropriate for your concerns, you're welcome to arrange a free 10-minute phone call.
